An initial refinement session at 6–8 weeks is included to evaluate healing, adjust pigment balance, and refine the final result. Because all previous work heals differently, a consultation and photo review may be required before booking to determine candidacy and treatment approach. Pricing begins at $450. Additional sessions may be recommended depending on previous pigment saturation and complexity.

Once reviewed, finalized pricing and session structure will be personally determined based on the scale, detail, and complexity of your project. An $180 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and includes the consultation and design planning process, which may take place through text communication, phone call, or in-person discussion, depending on the needs of the project.

Tattoo Consultation

A dedicated consultation for clients who would prefer to discuss their tattoo concept before booking. Ideal for sleeve projects, larger custom work, placement planning, or clients seeking additional artistic guidance before scheduling. Consultations may take place in person, by phone, or through virtual communication, depending on the needs of the project. Consultation deposit fees are non-refundable and will be credited toward your tattoo appointment should you choose to move forward with booking.

Initial Insurance Phone Call

Reserved for clients seeking medical or paramedical tattoo services through insurance. A brief phone consultation is required before scheduling an in-person visit. During this call, we will review eligibility, medical history, and insurance requirements, and begin the authorization process. You will receive a call at your scheduled time from (386) 262-8044. Following the consultation, a secure HIPAA-compliant link will be sent to complete intake forms and required documentation. If eligible, an in-person consultation will be scheduled to photograph the treatment area and discuss your personalized treatment plan. All information and photographs are kept strictly confidential and used for medical documentation purposes only. Please note: clients who have undergone chemotherapy must be at least 6 months post-treatment to qualify for insurance-based services.
